When hauling it's very important to protect the animals' face
from road debris to pieces of hay or shavings flying into their eyes
or nostrils. Use a fly mask if hauling with open windows or slates
commonly seem in stock trailers. Never haul with windows completely
down without a guard as shown in this photo. Treat all face conditions
especially eye injuries as emergencies.
